What is (x^3+2x^2)/(6x^2-1)? I got (x^3)/(4x^3-1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x^3)/(4x^2-1) Sorry, I mistyped my answer. This is it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it seems right good job

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The website I subnmited my answer on said it is wrong though... Its on webassign.net

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NVM figured it out, I cant cancel out the 2x^2 on top. The answer is: \[\frac{ x ^{3}+2x ^{2} }{4x ^{2}-1 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OMG, the \[4x ^{2}\] on the bottom is really \[6x ^{2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you figure it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, it said \[\frac{ x ^{2}+2x ^{2} }{ 6x ^{2}-1 }\] was right
