Samuel has saved $223, part in ten-dollar bills and $43 in other bills. How many tens does he have?

by "other bills", what do you mean? ones? fives?

My book just says "other bills" o.o

well that's a big problem because you could easily get to $43 with just one dollar bills

but you could also get there with a combo of ones and fives

or with two twenties and three ones

or some other combo of "other bills"
