1):As a programmer it is search and replace. sometime the names of certain items change and they are riddled through the documentation. It helps to be able to change on the fly.
2):I agree with Chance Clark, that the "search-and-replace" feature would probably save people the most amount of time when they're typing a document.

The reason for this is that rather than having to go back and search through an entire document or file with lines of text or code to change something, all you need to do is use the "search-and-replace" feature to find and change whatever it is that you want to change. is this answers question
