i mean ABCD is 6X4 PQRS is 12X8

Then ABCD= 24 PQRS= 96

to make them congruent, 6*3/2 = 9 12*3/4 = 9 so they scaled ABCD by 3/2 and PQRS by 3/4 to make a rectangle of 9X4
