PLEASE HELP! why is -log_9 (8x^2)+log_9 (81x)-Log_9 (81)= to -Log_9 ( 8x^2. 81/81x) and not -Log_9 (8x^2 . 81x/81). I'm really confused by this....

this is the whole equation: log_3(x^2)<log_9 (8x^2)-log_9 (81x)+Log_9 (81) I still can't figure out why they took the logs on the right side in that order.
