lx+6l=2x solve and check for extraneous solutions
When i solved this i got x=6 but I'm not sure what to do to check for extraneous solutions.

So, if you set it up like this,
lx+6l=2x

x + 6 = 2x
x + 6 = -2x

Then solve for x in both cases.

You'll get the two answers =0)
