Lol this is very easy.
First you need to create bullets...then animate them.

When doing this you would insert the bullets and then go to the animations slide then click one after another, then animate all. This should work. If i had the time i would tell you it step by step and provide pictures but maybe tomorrow!

As for what I am saying, the PDF you attached says it is for an exam. OpenStudy is not to be used to cheat on exams.
