this is the circuit please tell me the volt meter reading
the two resistors are parallel so combine them into one
r1 * r2/R1 +r2
since the resistors are directly in parallel with the source voltage, and in parallel circuit, voltage is constant (meaning the same at all parallel branch), the voltmeter will read the source voltage in this case, V=3 volts...
