2. I can't really say because it seems the answer will most likely be towards what the material said in what they gave you to read about the subject. So it could go anyway for me. To me since I haven't read your material it very well could be 'all of the above' but I just don't know. I'm going to go with 'The group needed t carry or store something'. This seems logical to me
