If, by examining your family history and DNA, you could tell how long you would naturally live and which, if any, genetic conditions you would develop, would you want to know? Explain why or why not and whether you think access to this knowledge would be beneficial or detrimental to human advancement.

@carolina4567 help /.\?

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

We could maybe eventually disable or enhance some traits thus artificially evolving the species of man. This would be beneficial for us, but at the same time would overall hurt us this may eventually lead to overpopulation which would end up decreasing the biodiversity of the planet as the growing population would need more room to live. This would cause deforestation higher pollution levels and over all a more unhealthy planet than which we already have.
