okay. you got it the 'english' way. well this is math. a conjugate refers to the same mathematical expression with the opposite sign.. say the conjugate of (a+b) is (a-b)

Hm.. They need to learn how to word that properly. I read it as conjugate{6}+7i, not conjugate{7+7i}. Technically, the answer Sam and I gave is correct, but technicalities and mathematics don't work well together :)
