hey i need help on this precal question!! convert the angle- 13degrees38'35" to decimal degrees and round to the nearest hundredth of a degree.. please help

so how do we read the given format?

the ' denotes minutes the " denotes seconds one minute is 1/60 of a degree one second is 1/3600 of a degree So, the answer would be 13 + 38/60 + 35/3600 degrees
