I don't understand how the answer is 1/5

Please explain?! (prepping for the SAT so please don't ask me where my work is because I can't cheat on the test and I'm just trying to understand how every single problem is answered and what the process is to get the answer before I take the practice SAT again but I'd appreciate a walk through too)
