You have 24 feet of fence to make a rectangular garden. Each side will measure a whole number of feet. How many different-sized rectangular gardens can you make? a. 3 gardens c. 12 gardens b. 6 gardens d. 15 gardens

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

How many numbers can divide 24 equally?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all except 15

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Aye you are getting confused here as i was just 1 minute ago! They are asking how many gardens they can make out of 24 feet? Not how many gardens they can make out of 24 gardens! If you get what im throwin say what what?! Or not im just bored XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol im confused

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

lol did i confuse you? This is quite a tricky and hard to explain question...I would say 6...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes you did lol

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Let me try to explain this a little farther...the answer is asking about gardens not the fence so you would not be dividing the gardens by the size of the fence..better? or nah? I suck at explaining /.\

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol you were right though it was 6 thanks :)

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

lolololol see what im saying?! I suck at explaining things ;-; maybe i should just stick to cars and gaming where i can solo haha XD
