You need 5 photos from when you were little..like one when you were a baby, one when you were 2, one when you were 5, one when you were 8, and one of you now.

Actually you just need 5 pictures from different things in your life. You need a Primary source with a picture..which means you have to like take a picture of your birth certificate..or a picture when you were a baby.

You also need a secondary source from someone like your parents. You have to ask them about a time when you were little and you can't remember yourself.

I was born on March 1st 1999 in Stavropol, Russia. When I was a baby my father passed away in a car wreck and my biological mother couldn't take care of me. I was an orphan til my 9th birthday and that's when I traveled to America with my new mom.

Oh, okay..well you only need a picture of your birth certificate or something. That paragraph is good for a primary source. Just put that in for your primary source, and then include the picture..
