x3 + 2x2 + x + 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that x cubed?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol ok so my guess would be if that is X cubed the answer would be 2x^3+ 6 or 6x+6

OpenStudy (mrnood):

@Buzzsaw590 Answer to WHAT? There is no equation or question here....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont see that awnser on there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@MrNood my guess is to simplify the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is it that your asked to do here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Factor completely

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x^2 + 1) (x + 2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3x3 + 9x2 + x + 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Factor completely

OpenStudy (mrnood):

@sunshine201 Please do not post direct answers

OpenStudy (mrnood):

ok - the last term (3) (the constant) must come from multiplying together the last pair in the brackets (the constants) - so what numbers MUST they be?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

and the FIRST term (with x^3) MUST come from multiplying the FIRST pair of terms in the brackets - so one of those must be a term of x and the other a term of x^2. so what are the possible values for the first terms?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

OP gone offline so probably not interested in trying to solve for himself...
