What value of r makes the equation true? r + (–0.16) = 0.37 A. –0.53 B. –0.21 C. 0.21 D. 0.53

OpenStudy (shinalcantara):

transpose -0.16 to the right and then you'll have the value for r

OpenStudy (shinalcantara):

what you've got?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im still confused im reallly stupid in math

OpenStudy (shinalcantara):

transposing -0.16 to the right makes it r=0.37+0.16 remember that when you transpose a term to the other side of the equation, you need to change the sign just like that of -0.16 when transposed to the right became 0.16. now solve for it

kk thanks

OpenStudy (shinalcantara):
