so first of all you can see that this graph has been flipped on the y axis. (since it is upside down). This means it has a - a value. so your x is a - in this case. then it has up shifted up 3 units so your answer will be D
So since the the graph was flipped it automatically makes it a - x, or is it only in this case?
there is no shift left or right. this means there is no p value. therefore anything with y = |x+3| or y = |x-3| would be wrong.
