Hmmm. It might be a simple bug. This has happened before in the past. I'm sure the Dev team is already aware of the issue and they will be working on fixing it. 

A few things you can try is: 

i. Use Google Chrome (This is the preferred browser) 
ii. Check your internet connection 
iii. Logout and log back in

tomorrow it should all be fixed guys. some bugs are hard to kill and the Dev team are also cleaning the room right now getting the Bugs that have two feet, arms and ect off openstudy to make it a clean webssite again
