In his first inaugural address, what points did Lincoln emphasize? He intended to put an end to slavery as soon as he could. He had no intention of invading the South. He was going to allow slavery in the states that already had it. He was not going to allow the seizing of Federal property. He was willing to negotiate a price for the seized property in order to avoid war which ones apply
