Same @sammixboo . Great point. My main tactic is very risky and all up to miss preetha.
My tactic is to make groups of 5 people with 1 man as leader of each. I will give the leaders the power to use the warn command.

if i was to start a group it would go like this. First, only people with over 100 medals and smart scores of 60 and up can join. Then they take a short quiz, that quizzes them on how they would handle situations. After that depending on how they do on the test that's the rank they would be at. Also i would cooperate with the mods so all the people in my group can get a nametag next to their username to symbolize that they are apart of my clan.
