okay so i wrote this poem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I listen I yell It taunts me, it haunts me The inspiration that never came. I want it, I need it though it does not want me, it does not need me I was young and also dumb I should have listened to my loved ones The ones that told me to wait inspiration and Inspiration shall come but I wouldn't wait, I couldn’t wait Instead I pursued it For days, nay, weeks! I chased and chased The inspiration that NEVER came. And this day that I know speak I step and listen to the floorboards creak. I watch the birds fly off into the distance It reminds me when I couldn't resist it The urge to find, The Inspiration that NERVER came. So I wait, Yet I know it will never come And it will never stay, The Inspiration that NEVER came...
