Check my answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which of the following is a necessary reactant for cellular respiration to occur? Carbon dioxide Nitrogen Oxygen <--- my answer Water

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@idek-ok

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

C. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

should i post more on this tab or different one so you can get more medals and Thank you so much

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

You can post them here!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

During the process of cellular respiration, energy stored in glucose molecules is used to form oxygen molecules NAD+ ATP <--- my answer carbohydrates

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

You are correct. The answer is ATP.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Welcome :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

During fermentation, the conversion of pyruvate into lactic acid requires NADH <---- my answer carbon dioxide ATP oxygen gas

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

I think it's carbon dioxide.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is produced when a yeast cell undergoes fermentation? Ethyl alcohol <--- i know its ethyl alcohol but is it also carbon dioxide ? Pyruvate Oxygen gas Lactic acid

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

No, actually I think it is A. You were correct :) and it is ethyl alcohol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

btw our very helpful

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Thanks, I try haha

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Is that all the questions? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i got more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What stage of cellular respiration does not involve any carbon-based compounds as a reactant or product? Electron transport chain <--- my answer but not sure Krebs cycle Glycolysis Fermentation

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Yep, you're correct!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yay btw i only got about 7 more and idk this one at all but if i were to guess i would choose A? What stage of cellular respiration uses the high-energy electrons from NADH and FADH2 to form ATP molecules? Krebs cycle Electron transport chain Fermentation Glycolysis

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What process of cellular respiration occurs at the inner membrane of the mitochondrion? Fermentation Glycolysis Krebs cycle <--- my answer Electron transport chain

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Yep, correct!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What happens during the Krebs cycle? ATP and NADH from food are converted to CO2 and O2. NADH from glycolysis is converted to ATP and O2 molecules. Glucose is broken down in a cycle of reactions to form pyruvate. Pyruvate is broken down in a series of reactions to form CO2. i don't know this one

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

I think it's D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i thought it would be A lol

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

It may be, but I'm not too sure myself. Go with your gut on this one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OMG DON'T OPEN THE LINK IT'S SCARY @idek-ok

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

What is it? >_<

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's like a scary face going black and white you can open it but make sure put it on mute because i had mine so loud and it scared me

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

I regret opening that XDD omg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol was your speakers loud or on mute?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Basher how did you get it

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

It was on full volume .-.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

omg i told you to mute it XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(last question) What stage of cellular respiration is anaerobic? Glycolysis Calvin cycle <--- my choice Electron transport chain Krebs cycle

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

I think it is Glycolysis :) and i just wanted to hear what it said and i un-muted it and it went to full volume! D:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

XD i feel bad

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Why?? xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it was on full volume mine was like at 10 and it scared me

OpenStudy (idek-ok):

Bwaha, yeah… That was… Interesting! Well, good luck on your work! I hope I helped :) If you ever want to chat, shoot me a message!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay i will thanks and hers the ink if you ever want to scare someone http://akk.li/pics/anne.jpg
