thanks :) im doing a science thing that i dont know so ill probably have a few questions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll be here if you need me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Many important fossil discoveries have occurred in the Great Rift Valley of Africa. Describe the process that enabled these fossils to become exposed.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mountains containing fossils can erode, therefore exposing them, miners may accidentally find them. Archaeologists search for them by excavation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Jeez, You're really good in this subject, i'm terrible

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you! You're not bad surely, these aren't the easiest questions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:) Biology isn't a strong subject of mine. oh, Why are there few volcanoes in the Himalaya?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is no subduction occurring.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, last one for this activity: Describe the three kinds of plate boundaries. Explain your answer in at least three to four sentences.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Convergent boundaries occur when two tectonic plates come away from each other, divergent boundaries are when they come together and transform boundaries occur when two tectonic plates slide past each other.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, wait, convergent and divergent are mixed. Divergent is when they move away and convergent is when they come apart. Sorry about that :c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Aha! Thank You So much!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Come together*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's quite alright :)
