DNA Replication
DNA gives the information to encode proteins/amino acids and the mRNA gives the instructions to do so. The sub units of ribosomes are made up of several rRNA molecules. tRNA moves each amino acid to ribosomes according to the coded instructions that the mRNA gives. Transcription uses some DNA to make an extra mRNA molecule and that process uses RNA polymerase (an enzyme), and this process occurs inside the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. Translation occurs after transcription has made a copy of the mRNA and it goes into the cytoplasm to start the process of translation in the ribosomes.
