Hey there! Can someone help please? When will Lena tell HIM the truth? What kind of complement is indicated by the bolded word? (HIM) A: direct object B: indirect object C: predicate nominative D: object complement I want to say either A or B but I'm not sure :C I want to say A because I think the direct object is HIM because, Lena will tell who the truth? Tell HIM the truth But then I want to say B because, Lena will tell whom the truth? Tell HIM the truth So I'm not sure which one is right or if I'm even close XC please someone help me ;-(

I believe it's an indirect object because HIM does not name a name. If it had said Axel, then that would be a direct object.
