How did the Marshall Plan impact the European economy in the post-World War II era?

The European Recovery Program better known as the Marshall Plan began in April 1948. It was he who proposed it after World War II. The United States sent about $13 billion in foreign aid, mostly in food and other supplies, to European nations to help rebuild their economies. It played a decisive role in the reconstruction of war-torn Europe, The Marshall Plan did much to check Communist influence in Europe. I hope that this has been a help to you.
