I thought so. That's no good. Read the description again and decide what is missing. Maybe it's important to know which way the roller coaster is going. Left-to-right or right-to-left?

I'm assuming the roller-coaster is traveling left-to-right.

s/b f(x) = -x^3 - 3x^2 +40x + 84

How is this different from yours? (Ignore the 3x^2 - That was just a multiplication error)

......= (x - 6)(x + 2)(x + 7)
......= (x - 6)(x^2 + 9x + 14)
......= x(x^2 + 9x + 14) - 6(x^2 + 9x + 14)
......= x^3 + 3x^2 - 40x - 84
