I'm writing an analytical essay on the poem "I find no peace" by Sir Thomas Wyatt. I'm stuck at line 8 which says "And yet of death it giveth me occasion". I know of the phrase "to give occasion to", but I don't know of "to give occasion" and I know it's not the same thing. Help anyone?
