not sure how to figure this out... Three consecutive integers have a sum of 72. Find the integers.

OpenStudy (flashp):

is this multiple chose

OpenStudy (flashp):

if not then i would say divided 72 by three which will give you 24

OpenStudy (flashp):

so the answer is 23 24 25

OpenStudy (flashp):

im goof at math so i know thats the answer for a fact.

OpenStudy (flashp):

Dont forget the medal

OpenStudy (flashp):

Thanks for the medal

OpenStudy (ikram002p):

ok Three consecutive integers n+(n+1)+(n+2)=72 thus 3n+3=72 solve for n remember n is the first number :)

OpenStudy (flashp):

and I know 110% that that answer is right

OpenStudy (sierra_grey):

no, its not a multiple choice and thank you both!

OpenStudy (flashp):
