Im not really sure, but I would imagine scholarship money. Like I said i'm not entirely sure.

I'm not sure either, but I think it is the one that can pay minor expenses that a student will have after all the tuition fees and other expenses they paid. lol I hope you understand what I mean.

Thanks guys. I've have asked tons of people and I still can't find out what it means. My teacher wants me to research it. But I couldn't find any information on it. Thanks anyway.
