Hi I am having trouble drawing the structures for amino acids when it asks for the Isoelectric point. They give me a chart with the pk1, pk2 and pkr sometimes 13. What is the isoelectric point of tyrosine? a)2.20 b)5.67 c. 9.11 d.10.07 e. 7.13 They make a picture, but IDK how to make the picture

to get the pI, you essentially average the most contributing pKa values.

yes I know that, but how do u determine the most contributing when u only are given the structure of the amino acid at ph 7 and the various pka values?
