Question

For my AP Comp class I need to write an essay of 350 words. The only words that go towards the word count are of four or more letters. So I can use words like it, and, the, but and such but they just do not count as a "word". Are there any sites that will let me do a specific word count? Like maybe it can exempt words of three or less characters from the count.
