Criminal investigation help...
Ok, whatcha need? I'm good at this stuff.
Hold up ill post it
Ohhh, I meant I was good at being a criminal, not at knowledge of investigation.
Kidding.
Really, I have no idea here, sorry...
oh
Dang those are hard...
... yeah
What the heck does frisk mean? xD But anyway I watch alot of Sherlock so here goes nothing: 6. Mostly likely search with warrant, because if you search without warrant you could get arrested easily. Stop and frisk doesn't make any sense, so. xD Seizure with warrant doesn't make sense to me, so. Yeah. xD
Searching without a warrant is unconstitutional, but it's done all the time.
so 6. search with warrant?
Well if you're a law-abiding citizen you better get that warrant >:( xD @Monica75 yep, 95% sure it's that.
I'd say so, because then seizure could be applied after proving the property was stolen.

(I'm gonna solve these out of order, because some are hard) 10. Reasonable cause. You can't just legally search without a cause (including just plain old suspicion. The answer could also be related cause, but just because someone stole one thing doesn't mean they'll steal the other. But yep. I need to brush up on my skills. xD
To search legally though, all you need is probable cause, and that is very subjective and can be formed just from suspicion.
I'm not helping am I.
yes both of u r helping
Welp idk anymore xD WHAT CLASS MAKES YOU DO THIS XD
