If you are new to an activity, it is better to work at a slower speed for more days a week work at a lower intensity level for a longer period of time work at a higher intensity level for a shorter period of time work at a faster speed for fewer days a week
@arabpride
It's either the first or the second option.... not sure... but the second seems more accurate: work at a lower intensity level for a longer period of time
can i ask you one more?
Sure.. hope i can get it cx
Physical activity is an inclusive term that refers to any expenditure of energy brought about by bodily movement via the skeletal muscles; as such, it includes the complete spectrum of activity from very low resting levels to maximal exertion. Exercise is a component of physical activity. The distinguishing characteristic of exercise is that it is a structured activity specifically planned to develop and maintain physical fitness. "exercise." Britannica School. Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc., 2013. Web. 21 Oct. 2013. How is the word expenditure used in this excerpt?
To show the type of activities completed by skeletal muscles To identify how much energy is used at low resting levels To describe the amount of movement required for maximal exertion To highlight that a physical activity requires a body to use energy
Idek.... the last 3 options seem right.... buuut Idk I'd go with: To identify how much energy is used at low resting levels >.< ~Good Luck
