A Laundromat owner bought eleven new washing machines and eight new dryers. He paid the same amount for a dryer as for a washer. His final cost was $10,450. What was the cost per machine?

since the washing machine and dryer are the same price, you could add the number of washer machines and dryers together which is 19 then do 10,450/19 which is $550, hope that helped (:
