x^4-9x^2-4x+12 ==> x^2(x^2-9)-4(x-3) ==> x^2(x-3)(x+3)-4(x-3) ==> x^2(x-3)(x+3)-4 ? what is wrong with my factoring/simplification? the end result does not produce the original graph
