It's a good start. For a first draft, I mean. In your final draft, you're definitely going to want to polish it up a bit. Give some REASONS why the situation is important.Make it more convincing.

Also, you're not going to want to start off your conclusion with, "In conclusion." You can start it out with, "It is critical to understand..." Don't begin your sentences with, "Also" because it makes it seem choppy.
