If you see cars that are going 100+ mph take the outside to go inside. If you know anything about racing drifting consecutively is dangerous! Why would you get out your car and stand in front of a car going 100+ miles per hour? Thats like jumping out a shuttle that just took off in your underwear.

from what i've heard, the helmets that they wear make it very hard to move and see. but also, that there are rules in the sport that you don't get out of your car on the track.

To me my first reaction is why is this guy getting out his vehicle and walking up to vehicles that is running over 60 mph? Even if Tony didn't mean to hit Kevin, Kevin should of not walked to where all the cars were coming. The Tony still couldn't even hit the breaks in time because he was going at a hi speed at the moment.

I would say it is Kevin Ward's fault for getting out of his car. Tony had no time to react or stop.
