find f(6) when f(x) = -7

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

its impossible to find f(x)...because there is no variable x in the equation. It has only and only -7 which is constant term

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

welcome :)

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

that's all it gives you? Or does it give a graph or anything?

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

so we get, \[\large \bf f(6)=6-7=-1=\color{red}{answer}\]

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

hope you understand. @MGARC

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no that's all it says. It says find f(x) for the indicated values of x and then f(x) = -7 for x=6, a-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No I get all of that, this one just threw me off! Thanks for helping :)

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

its my PLEASURE :)
