There is? I thought it would be no because it must be multiples of something such as fives?

It doesn't matter because the y values only have one input, an example of a non function would be if you had (2,5) (2,6)...If you graphed these points and connected the dots, and then proceeded to draw a vertical line, the line would only pass through one point, hence making it a function.
