4 yr = 324
5 yr = 972
6 yr = 2916
there is a pattern of multiplying by 3 for every year
7 yr would be 2916 x 3 = 8748
8 yr = 8748 x 3 = 26244
9 yr = 26244 x 3 = 78732
10 yr = 78732 x 3 = 236196
11 yr = 236196 x 3 = 708588
12 yr = 708588 x 3 = 2125764 --- answer 3

I don't think it is D....because I think that would be causation. I am thinking that it may be C....not 100% sure. I get confused sometimes with correlation and causation.
