Macbeth is expressing his false sorrow at the murder of Duncan and Duncan's sons are not fooled saying, "...to show an unfelt sorrow is an office to which the false man does easy" which is basically saying that liars don't feel sorrow and so it is easy for them to lie. Also, "...there's daggers in men's smiles: the near in blood, the nearer bloody" which is saying that even family members will murder them and when men smile they are basically hiding daggers behind their backs, so to speak.
