solve sin(x)-sqrt2=0

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

sin(x) - sqrt(2) = 0 sin(x) - sqrt(2) + sqrt(2) = 0 + sqrt(2) sin(x) = sqrt(2) sin(x) = 1.414 ... use a calculator here what issue do we run into here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
