Ok, I'll give you a quick lesson while I do it for you. Watch and learn, cuz it's always done the same way. First you have to make sure the coefficient on the x^2 term is a 1. In your case it is, so we don't have to worry about that part. Next, group all the x terms together into a set of parenthesis. Like this:
