are the elbow,humerus, phalanges,manus,alula,metacarpals,carpals,ulna,radius,shoulder joint of the chicken wings, bats wings and human shoulder vestigial or homologous?

see vestigil are those organs or bones which are of no use to that organism currently. for eg apendics or the tail bone for humans. the other bones like ulna, bat wings are obviously the imp bones. so definitely not vestigial. they r homologous.
