OpenStudy (zpupster):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i put it in, but i dont get if it is greater than or less than

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like would it be Increasing x < –1, Decreasing x > –1 or Increasing x > –1; Decreasing x < –1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i understand its either B or D but how do i figure out which one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@zpupster ?

OpenStudy (zpupster):

one sec

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okk

OpenStudy (zpupster):

do you graph it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (zpupster):

ok look at the last answer when x>-1 you see what the graph is doing remember we are only concerned with x value

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes but x lands on -1

OpenStudy (zpupster):

yes but what happens at -2, -3, -4 etc

OpenStudy (anonymous):
