twice a number added to 4 is 28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay. So twice a number can be represented with 2A, with A being an unknown value. but it's plus 4, and equal to 28. So 2A + 4 = 28. Next, you want to get the unknown value alone, so subtract 4 from both sides, then divide both sides by 4. You will get your answer.

no @ethan_glaud Attention !!! divide both sides by 2 not by 4 ok ?
