last one i need help with

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

the fraction of other ingredients is 11/31 so for 60 lbs bread you need 660 / 31 convert this to a mixed fraction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it would be 21 9/31 in a mixed fraction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@cwrw238 , how did you get 11/31

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 21 9/31 is that right mickey?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you understand?

@clynnew

OpenStudy (anonymous):

20 + x = 31. Here x is the other ingredients. therefore x = 11. as such to get one pound of bread, we must divide the 11 by 31 because 11 lbs of other ingredients make 31 lbs of bread. so 11/31 times 60 lb of bread will be the total of other ingredients.
