Besides religion, what other changes came to sub-Saharan Africa as a result of increased contact with the outside world?

Seventh-day Adventists strongly believe in Christ Death, Burial, Resurrection, Trinity, Creation, Second Coming and in keeping the Law of God as defined in the Ten Commandments. The fourth Commandment is the Sabbath Commandment(Exodus 20:8-11). "REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY."

The Biblical Sabbath is on the Seventh day of the week which is on Saturday. This is the difference between Adventist and other Churches. God established the Sabbath at Creation(Genesis 2:1-3). It has never been changed by divine authority.
